How and Why I Share Your Data

I only share your data with trusted third parties who help me operate my website and business. I do not sell your personal data.

  • Mailchimp: I use Mailchimp to manage my email list and send newsletters. When you subscribe, your email address is shared with Mailchimp. Mailchimp is GDPR compliant and has its own robust privacy policy.
  • PayPal: To process your payments securely, I use third-party payment gateways. When you make a purchase, your payment details are sent directly to them. I never see or store your full credit card information on my servers.
  • Legal Requirements: I may disclose your information if required by law to do so.

How Long I Retain Your Data

I retain your data only for as long as necessary.

  • Order Information: I keep customer order information for 10 years to comply with tax and legal obligations.
  • Newsletter Subscribers: I keep your email address as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

How I Protect Your Data

I take the security of your data seriously. My website uses a TLS/SSL certificate to encrypt the connection between your browser and my server. Access to personal data is restricted to myself and trusted third parties who need it to perform their functions.
