Each creation—whether a sculpture, furniture piece, or decorative object—is a unique item, entirely handmade in my workshop. This policy is designed to be fair and clear, acknowledging the special nature of each piece.
30-Day Return Window
My return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, undamaged condition and must be returned in its original packaging to ensure its protection during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-commissioned items.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
- Contact Me First: Before any return, please contact me at {email address} with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Await Instructions: Do not send the item back before receiving my return instructions.
Item Damaged on Arrival
If your piece arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please attach clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging to your email. This is essential for carrier insurance claims.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to confirm its receipt. I will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on its condition. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
As each creation is a one-of-a-kind piece, I cannot offer direct exchanges. If you wish to acquire a different piece, I invite you to follow the return process to obtain a refund and then place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the piece. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
